What is the Quickbooks Error 3371?

The Quickbooks error 3371 status code 1118 occurs when you run the software after you have just reconfigured your computer system for the first time. Additionally, it can occur when the file "entitlementDataStore.ECML" in the QB system gets damaged. A message pops up on the screen which states, "QuickBooks had trouble uploading license data.". There may be a problem with the file.
